I work with adults seeking help with concerns including:

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and diagnostic clarification
  • Medication evaluation and management
  • Depression, anxiety, panic, phobias, and OCD
  • Bipolar spectrum conditions
  • ADHD and attention concerns
  • Trauma-related symptoms
  • Diagnostic clarification and second opinions
  • Complex psychiatric medication regimens
  • Medication side effects and deprescribing
  • Grief, burnout, and major life transitions
  • Sleep concerns
  • Psychiatric concerns associated with aging, cognitive change, and medical complexity
  • Patients seeking psychotherapy, lifestyle, or integrative approaches alongside conventional psychiatric care

Patients with complex presentations are welcome. If you’re uncertain whether a referral is a good fit, please feel free to submit the referral and provide the clinical question or concern.

My approach

I am a board-certified psychiatrist with a background in both medicine and psychotherapy. My approach combines careful diagnostic assessment, thoughtful medication management, psychotherapy, and evidence-informed integrative and lifestyle approaches.

I have particular experience with complex diagnosis, geriatric psychiatry, neurocognitive disorders, medical complexity, polypharmacy, and deprescribing. When appropriate and with the patient’s permission, I welcome collaboration with referring clinicians and other members of the patient’s healthcare team.

I’ve designed the referral process to be brief.

The secure referral form takes approximately 3 minutes to complete. Please provide whatever clinical information is readily available; there is no need to duplicate records unnecessarily.
