psychotherapy

A steady place for truth-telling, reflection, and emotional integration.

psychotherapy

A space to explore your inner world of thoughts, feelings, patterns, relationships, and desires in the presence of a steady, compassionate guide.

Whether you’re working through trauma, seeking relief from anxiety or depression, or simply wanting to know yourself more deeply, therapy can help untangle what’s stuck and reconnect you with what’s meaningful.

My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and attuned to the deeper, often invisible, layers of your story. We go at your pace. We build safety and trust. And we explore what wants to emerge — clarity, healing, insight, change.

My Approach

I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, informed by your goals and needs. Our work together is collaborative and evolving, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Some sessions may feel like skill-building. Others like deep reflection. Still others may surprise us with clarity, emotion, or laughter. My goal is to help you feel more integrated in mind, body, and spirit and more able to navigate your life with choice, grace, and grounded presence. To be deeply heard is to be witnessed, understood, and met. From this place, new insight and freedom become possible.

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”

-Viktor E. Frankl
