Lisa E. Hake, MD provides comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care for adults throughout Oregon by telehealth, with an individualized approach that integrates psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy, deprescribing, and integrative and lifestyle psychiatry.

Who I See

You’re Not Alone Psychiatry welcomes referrals for adults age 18 and older who may benefit from:

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and diagnostic clarification
  • Medication evaluation and management
  • Depression, anxiety, and mood disorders
  • ADHD and attention concerns
  • Trauma-related symptoms
  • Sleep concerns
  • Medication side effects or inadequate treatment response
  • Deprescribing and medication simplification
  • Geriatric psychiatric concerns
  • Psychotherapy
  • Integrative and lifestyle psychiatry

Patients with complex presentations are welcome. If you’re uncertain whether a referral is a good fit, please feel free to submit the referral and provide the clinical question or concern.

Insurance & Payment

You’re Not Alone Psychiatry currently accepts:

Regence BlueCross BlueShield
Traditional Medicare
Private pay

Participation with additional insurance plans is in progress.
Medicare Advantage plans are not currently accepted.

Please include relevant records when available, particularly recent clinical notes, medication lists, laboratory results, or previous psychiatric evaluations. There is no need to duplicate information already available in the medical record.

What Happens Next?

Once the referral is reviewed and appears appropriate for the practice, the patient will be contacted with information about next steps and scheduling.

Submitting a referral does not guarantee acceptance into the practice.

A Note About Urgent Care

You’re Not Alone Psychiatry provides scheduled outpatient psychiatric care and is not an emergency or crisis service. Referral submissions are not monitored continuously.
