I use a six-pillar framework drawn from the principles of lifestyle medicine and adapted specifically for psychiatric care. Together, we’ll explore how these foundational areas are functioning in your life and where small, meaningful shifts might bring more ease, vitality, or emotional steadiness.

What to Expect

Initial session (90 minutes):
A whole-person conversation about your current rhythms, energy, and challenges. Gentle inquiry into what might be out of alignment.

Ongoing sessions (20 or 50 minutes):
A collaborative, personalized plan for rebalancing.

These may include:
