Medication Management
Thoughtful prescribing grounded in evidence, intuition, and collaboration.
Medication can be life-changing. It can also be confusing, overused, or simply no longer aligned. My approach is careful, collaborative, and centered around you; your body, your goals, and your rhythms, not just your diagnosis.
Whether you’re starting medication for the first time, re-evaluating what you’re taking, or considering tapering off, we’ll move with clarity and care. When appropriate, we may also explore supplements, integrative supports, or lifestyle strategies that can reduce reliance on medication while supporting emotional balance.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all protocol. It’s a conversation; one we’ll keep returning to, together.
My Approach
I don’t believe in medicating symptoms in isolation. I believe in listening deeply to your body, your experience, and your inner knowing. Medication can be a bridge, a stabilizer, or a wise support. It can also be something to release when the time is right.
With both clinical knowledge and intuitive presence, I’ll help you feel informed and grounded in your choices. Our work will honor both scientific evidence and what feels true for you.

“There is only one cardinal rule: One must always listen to the patient.”
-Oliver Sacks
