Integrative psychiatry

Whole-person care for body, mind, and spirit — grounded in science, guided by intuition.

Integrative Psychiatry

Looking beyond symptoms to understand the deeper patterns shaping your mental and physical health.

This approach draws from both conventional and complementary healing modalities, blending evidence-based medicine with lifestyle interventions, mind-body tools, and when meaningful to you, spiritual or archetypal insight.

We’ll consider everything that contributes to your well-being: sleep, nutrition, gut health, relationships, trauma history, stress, and more. Our goal is not to “fix” you, but to support your body’s innate capacity for healing with compassion, creativity, and care.

We’ll also explore how past experiences, current patterns, and your sense of meaning shape your inner landscape.

  • People often seek out integrative care when they’re looking for:
  • Evidence-based support with supplements and herbs
  • A more natural, personalized path to mental health
  • Help balancing or tapering medications with lifestyle tools
  • A psychiatrist who considers root causes, trauma, energy, and context

My Approach

My integrative work is collaborative and personalized. I trained in the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine’s two-year fellowship; a program grounded in both cutting-edge research and timeless healing traditions. I view you not just as a patient, but as a whole person with unique rhythms, stories, and needs.

Our work may include:
  • Root-cause exploration (e.g., trauma, inflammation, sleep disruption)
  • Mind-body tools such as breathwork, guided imagery, or gentle somatic awareness
  • Nutritional and supplemental strategies
  • Together, we’ll create a treatment path that feels meaningful, doable, and nourishing on every level.
“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes…including you.”
